i had a problem with a lock in my apartment door and i called numerous places around the city trying to find a locksmith who can come to my address and help me solve the issue with the lock before i found this guys. i can’t say how happy i was with the service. this company is very professional and the owner makes sure he takes care of all needs of the customer . the prices are also unbeatable, other places always overcharged me while this company did give me a great deal.

KeyMe person came, his name was Tom. He verified my information, then began to unlock my car. My keys were in the ignition and the car was running. Within a few minutes of arrival he unlocked my car. Good service, was updated when he was on his way and when he arrived. I would use service again.

They were great! Said the locksmith would be there in 30 minutes and he was there in 15 and had me back in my apartment in 5 minutes with no damage to the door or doorknob. He also stayed a fee more minutes to confirm my key still worked in the lock after he picked it. Highly recommend!!!

Dispatcher and service person were both very kind and attentive. They listened to my situation and made it a priority to ensure that me and my family were safe. They had a great online system that I could use to track their locksmith's location and travel time and they made sure to call and text with updates. Riaz, the locksmith, was prompt, friendly, and very competent and helped me and my elderly grandparents get back into their apartment in no time. The service was affordable and there were no sudden fees or surprises. I felt like I was in good hands. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
